All products (accessories included) are automatically covered by this warranty starting on the original purchase delivery date.
Please contact us if you think your product needs service, so that we can first help troubleshoot the issue. If you require service from issues arising through normal use while the product is still in production, or within 6 months of the end of production, here’s what happens:
If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact us here within 10 days of receipt of your order and we’ll give you a return authorization. When we receive your unit in its original box, with all accessories intact, in like-new condition, we’ll refund the full purchase price minus a 5% transaction fee. Note that shipping is not included in the refund - you will pay full shipping to us from your location.
Orders returned with damage may be assessed an additional fee. Returns for refund are limited to one per person within one year’s time.
